When will my order ship?

Since our mats are made to order with your pet's portrait, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged or defective.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item. We'll assist you with a replacement or refund.

How do I submit my pet's photo?
You can upload your pet’s photo directly on the product page before checkout. Make sure the photo is clear and well-lit for best results.

Can I preview the design?
We will send you a preview of your custom mat design via email before final printing if requested.
