⏱️ Order Processing

All custom mat orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your confirmation email. You’ll receive a tracking notification once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Shipping Policy

Domestic (USA & Europe): Free shipping for all orders.

  • 🇺🇸 USA: Estimated delivery within 7 business days of shipment.
  • 🇪🇺 Europe: Estimated delivery within 15 business days.

🌍 International Shipping: Available to many countries. Rates and delivery times vary by location. Customs fees may apply.

📦 Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a defect or damage. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking info to update.

📬 Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do our best to ship to P.O. Boxes. If your delivery requires special instructions, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
